Humanist Action Group

HAGs as our volunteers are affectionally known are people who want to get out there and make a difference. The first Humanist Action Group was founded in 2009 by Chris Worfolk and Richard Parker which began with homeless outreach work and soon expanded into blood drives and community clean ups.

Our annual Holiday Food Drive for local homeless shelters raises over £3,000 worth of donations each year.

We have gone on to develop educational resources for those looking to start their own Humanist Action Group and now publish these leadership guides – all of which are freely available. Find out more on the Humanist Action Group website.
