Our slogan reads "improving society; building on humanist principles." At the Chris Worfolk Foundation we want to make the world a better place and we believe the best way to do this is to get stuck in. This is the only live we have and it is vital we make the most of it for ourselves and those around us.
We're openly and unashamedly a humanist organisation - the problems we have in society are not going to go away by prayer or waiting for god to come and sort them out. Every single one of us has the power to make this world a better place for our fellow man and we must all take responsibility for improving the society we live in.
The foundation focuses on issues of action and education, with most of our activities concentrating on a local level where people can really make a difference. We're putting our humanist beliefs directly into practice.
