Anxiety Leeds is a peer-led self-help group for people struggling with anxiety and panic. We meet on a monthly basis for peer-led discussions facilitated by a meeting coordinator. Anyone who suffers from or is involved in anxiety-related difficulties is welcome to attend our meetings.
At our meetings, you will find a friendly and supportive environment in which you can discuss your difficulties in confidence with others who understand and are going through the same situation as yourself.
We currently meet on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month.
